Taizhou Chuangda junction box won the IEC TS 63126:2020 standard enhanced test certification

The 17th International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition 2024 came to a successful conclusion. During the exhibition, DEKRA issued the IEC TS 63126:2020 standard enhanced test certification for Taizhou Chuangda Electronics Co., LTD junction box.

The IEC TS 63126:2020 standard was issued in June 2020 to verify that photovoltaic modules and components can cope with high temperature working environments and different installation situations. In the IEC TS 63126:2020 standard, the test environment temperature of photovoltaic products is divided into two levels, corresponding to the environment of Level1 95° and Level2 105°. Relevant tests include TC200, reverse current, heat escape, wet heat, dry heat, and TC50+HF. These tests simulate various situations and possible safety hazards of junction boxes in practical applications. Compared to the IEC 62790 test, the IEC TS 63126:2020 test presents a higher challenge for photovoltaic products.

The junction box of Taizhou Chuangda was tested based on Level2 requirements and successfully passed the 105° environmental test. The certificate proves that the junction box products of Taizhou Chuangda can not only cope with high temperature and high latitude working environment, but also cope with various installation conditions.
